By downloading, installing, or using Sortaia (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Sortaia is a macOS application developed by ccapton chen (陈尉斌). The App helps users monitor and organize files within selected folders on their device. All file processing occurs locally on your Mac. Sortaia does not upload, store, or transmit your files to any external server.
You are solely responsible for selecting folders and reviewing automated organization results. File operations such as moving, renaming, or categorizing files may alter your file structure. You are responsible for maintaining backups of important data before using the App.
If the App offers paid features, purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms and policies. Refunds, billing issues, and subscription management (if applicable) are handled exclusively by Apple.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, file misplacement, or system issues arising from the use of the App.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
